3.4 Breach Notification. If you become aware or have reason to believe that your h9999 Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h9999 support immediately via live chat within your Account dashboard. h9999 will investigate and take appropriate security measures on your Account pending resolution.
3.5 Account Dormancy. An h9999 Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. h9999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts after providing notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
4.1 KYC Requirement. h9999 is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. 5.2 Own-Name Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Nothing in this clause limits h9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by h9999's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
13.1 h9999 Right to Suspend. h9999 may suspend or restrict access to a Player's Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is in progress, where the Account is under investigation, or where required by legal or regulatory obligation.
13.2 Account Closure by h9999. h9999 may permanently close a Player's Account for material or repeated breach of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe, or where h9999 is required to do so by applicable law. Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, h9999 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
13.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may close their h9999 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any real money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
